You've just purchased a new property
You have a rental that is turning and want to cleanse the property
There has been a break up or divorce or when a partner, spouse, roommate or someone with whom you co-habited has moved out
You’ve had what you believe to be unexplained spiritual phenomena in the property
Someone has used a ouija board or other modalities of such on the property
You’ve got a sensitive child who has nightmares/night terrors and is generally afraid of being in the space
You’re an empath, clairsentient, medium, guide, healer or a sensitive who senses there is something icky in your space that you are being affected by. You want a more sophisticated method of addressing these negative energies and keeping them OUT.

When rescheduling we hold 100% of payment until service is complete. When rescheduling the service must be completed within 30 days of your original session. If rescheduling is not completed within 30 days of initial appointment it is considered a no-show and 50% of the cost of service is retained to cover the payment processing fees, session prep-work and scheduling arrangements.
If you have to cancel 24 hours in advance, 50% of the cost of service is retained to cover the payment processing fees, session prep-work and scheduling arrangements.
If you have to cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment we do not refund session fees, as time (prep-worK) and energy have already been conducted in preparation for you session(s).
If you make an appointment and you don’t show up for it, we will wait 15 minutes and thereafter will conclude that you aren’t showing up. We do not refund for missed appointments. We appreciate your prompt arrival.
