Both pre- and post-integration are essential phases in working with plant medicine, offering structure and support before and after the journey. 

The preparation phase, pre-integration is about grounding, setting clear intentions, and aligning your mindset and energy for what may unfold. It helps cultivate openness, presence, and trust. Before you sit with medicine, I’ll support you in clarifying your intentions, identifying emotional or energetic patterns, and preparing your inner landscape through various modalities and dieta for whatever may come.

Post-integration is where the real work begins: unpacking insights, tending to emotional waves, and anchoring the experience into your daily life. With a guide, this process becomes safer and more meaningful, helping you navigate challenges, dissolve resistance, and translate spiritual breakthroughs into embodied transformation. Afterwards, I’ll be here to help you process what surfaced, explore how it’s reshaping you, and ground it all into your life. Integration is the process of bringing the insights, emotions, and revelations from plant medicine experience or retreat into your everyday life, into how you think, relate, heal, and grow.

This can be a time of raw openness, deep insight, and emotional intensity, having someone who understands the territory can make all the difference.
